We understand that it is difficult for working parents to stay home with a sick child. However, in an effort to control illness in our facility, and in conjunction with the regulations of the State of Florida Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, please do not send your child to school with any of the following:

  • Measles
  • Mumps
  • Chicken pox
  • Lice
  • Scarlet fever
  • Whooping cough
  • Pink eye
  • Skin rashes
  • Swollen glands
  • Runny nose
  • Sore throat
  • Earaches
  • Discharge
  • Nausea
  • Cold
  • Diarrhea.
  • Any other communicable diseases

The center will be conducting daily health checks before a child is admitted into the school. If the child becomes ill during the day and is found to have any of the above symptoms, parents will be notified and required to pick up their child as soon as possible (preferably within 30 min).
